Weight Loss Physicians treats excess weight as a medical condition, not a willpower problem. We carried that philosophy into the site itself: warm, stigma-free copy, clear program pages and a booking flow that works as easily by telehealth as it does in their Rochester office.

Many sites still treat weight as a willpower problem. This practice treats it as a medical condition, and the site had to carry that same respect from the first line of copy through to the booking screen.
